Step-by-step guide to create a Citizen Account and access K-SMART online services
Citizens can create an account using their registered mobile number and use the account to access available K-SMART services.
Requirements for Registration
- Active mobile phone number
- Mobile phone capable of receiving OTP

Steps to Create K-SMART Citizen Login
Open the K-SMART Portal
Open the official K-SMART portal using a web browser and proceed to the Citizen Services section.
Select Citizen Login
Select the Citizen Login option available on the K-SMART portal.
Select New Registration
If you do not already have an account, select New Registration or the applicable account creation option.
Enter Mobile Number
Enter your active mobile number in the registration form. Make sure the number is accessible to you.
Verify OTP
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your mobile phone and complete the verification process.
Enter Personal Details
