About the Institution

Pampakuda Block Panchayat is a local self-government institution serving the rural communities of Ernakulam District, Kerala. As part of the Panchayati Raj system, the Block Panchayat plays an important role in coordinating and implementing development activities at the local level.

Over the years, the Block Panchayat has undertaken various development initiatives in areas such as agriculture, rural infrastructure, drinking water, healthcare, education, social welfare, women and child development, and poverty alleviation.

The institution gives importance to people's participation, decentralized planning and transparent governance. Through coordinated development programmes, Pampakuda Block Panchayat works towards improving the social and economic well-being of the people in its area.
