Citizens can visit the Pampakuda Block Panchayat Office and submit their complaints directly. The complaint will be forwarded to the concerned officer or authority for necessary action.

Written complaints may be submitted to the Block Panchayat. The complaint should clearly mention the subject, details of the issue and the relief or action requested.

Copies of relevant supporting documents may also be attached along with the complaint.

Citizens may use the online services and grievance mechanisms provided by the Government of Kerala and the Local Self Government Department for submitting complaints related to local government services.

Complaints relating to the administration and functioning of the Block Panchayat may be brought to the attention of the President, Vice President, concerned Standing Committee Chairperson or Block Panchayat Secretary.

After submitting a complaint, citizens may contact the concerned office to obtain information regarding the action taken on the complaint.

Where necessary, the matter may be brought to the attention of the appropriate higher authority.

Where information relating to government records, files or official action is required, citizens may submit an application under the Right to Information Act, as applicable.
